Audible, the Amazon owned platform, has just created ‘Audible Stories’ allowing kids to listen and enjoy hundreds of audio books for free with schools closing across the UK due to Covid-19.

The pandemic is having a dramatic impact on the country’s way of living with many self-isolating. In recent news, the UK government announced that schools will close on Friday (20th) resulting in many parents worrying about their kids education and how they will keep them occupied.

Thankfully, Amazon is giving away hundreds of free books to kids to help keep them occupied during the outbreak.

The free platform from Audible allows anyone to listen to hundreds of audible books without any membership or signup required. Simply head over to https://stories.audible.com/start-listen on your browser and start listening.

An official statement from Audible on the website reads: “For as long as schools are closed, we’re open. Starting today, kids everywhere can instantly stream an incredible collection of stories, including titles across six different languages, that will help them continue dreaming, learning, and just being kids. “

This is just one of many free services that are being provided to help struggling families during the outbreak of coronavirus.
